Matthew has directed theatrical productions in New York City for the Convergent Theatre Company, and at the Juilliard School.
Convergent Theatre Company scores the first revival in New York City of John Logan's hit play.
Acclaimed playwright and screenwriter John Logan (The Aviator, Gladiator) had been withholding the rights to his historical thriller since its original production off-Broadway in 1997.
Convergent Co-Artistic Director Jack Walker-Pearson was able to persuade Mr. Logan to take a chance on his San Antonio, TX based theatre company.
Convergent company members secured the theatre at Center Stage, in Chelsea, and brought Never the Sinner back to NYC for a brief run in August 2007.
Matthew was proud to helm this powerful production.
